Astericks***

Those aren't what we put on people's profiles.

I do, however, have a story about something similar, regarding my work.

One day, a few weeks ago, a man came to the window. He gave us a lot of hell, and generally irritated the piss out of us. Talking down to us about what we "should" be doing, and giving us directions on how to run our computer system. Which he's never seen.

He told us to put a comment on his profile, specifically instructing us to do something that we don't need specific instructions to do, as it's impossible to do. Like a good little customer-service-bitch, I did his bidding, and checked for the "comment" that he wanted added on his profile.

I pulled up his profile, and checked it out. When I saw the "comment", I nearly broke down. Instead, I walked back over to the window, and told him that, "Yes, there is indeed a comment on your profile. I'm terribly sorry sir, we should have known this would happen, we'll try to do better next time."

I then proceded to wait until he was well out of earshot, and let loose with one of the most side-splitting, tear-inducing bits of laughter I've had the pleasure of experiencing at work.

The comment on his file?

Sounds like the guy wanted to get the pleasantries out of the way in the beginning. Good for him. LOL!
