i am eve.
i am the heartiest of survivors.
i am the first, the only.
no one comes before me.
my mind succumbs all others.
it is i that matters.
and yet,
what are these around me,
but their own eves,
their own adams?
why do i matter in this sea of
beginnings?
because mine is the mind
in which i answer to myself.
before me there are others,
and beyond me there are others,
but to me i am myself,
and others they will only be
for i am eve.
