i hate velcro. i hate too many clasps. i hate too FEW clasps. i want something silent, and easy to open, but not TOO easy to open, i don't want things falling out. zippers are often over-used. buttons are preferable to snaps. there should be a reasonable amount of pockets, and they should be of reasonable size to fit something of importance inside. no pockets is preferable to having TOO MANY pockets. don't try to organize my life and fit my stuff into pre-designated areas. i don't work that way. don't be huge. don't be tiny. hold all my stuff. don't be busy, don't be plain, be interesting. be useful and classy and user-friendly, without pretension. perfect.
